Want the covers removed so it’s easier for the carpentry to make a small hole for the power points to be poked back through rather than cutting out a large rectangle piece for the existing power points. Hi, I need a licensed electrician to relocate an existing power point. Current setup: The existing power point cable is currently coming down from the ceiling (see photo, marked in red). It is already connected and live. What’s needed: Relocate the power point to the left side of the new door opening, lower down on the wall (see red mark in photo). Cable may be slightly short, so a compliant extension/junction box will likely be required. Ensure safe, neat installation to Australian standards.
