Hi, I’m in an apartment and seem to be having an electrical issue. We had a brief power outage a couple of days ago. Since then: My hot water system has stopped working My stove/oven powers on (light works) but doesn’t heat I have an older fuse box with pull-out fuse blocks, so I suspect it may be a blown fuse or a related connection issue, but I’m not certain. Installation details: run cabling from the nearest wall power point, through a timber floor over concrete to the island. Property is a Strata apartment (Owners Corporation may require approvals). I need the electrician (or a carpenter if required) to advise on the best installation options, whether floor cutting or underfloor routing is feasible, and to advise on and arrange any necessary strata/owner approvals and permits.
