I need a licensed NSW electrician to inspect and upgrade the existing electrical switchboard/service at my property in Padstow NSW to support a new granny flat. The existing electrical installation is older, with two electricity meters and an existing older switchboard. Photos are attached. Scope: * Inspect the existing main switchboard and electrical supply. * Assess whether the existing supply has sufficient capacity for the new granny flat. * Upgrade/replace the existing switchboard as required. * Install compliant circuit protection/RCDs as required. * Provide the required connection/circuit provision for the granny flat. * Check the existing consumer mains and service arrangement. * Complete testing and certification. * Provide CCEW on completion. Important: The granny flat internal electrical wiring will be completed separately by the builder/electrician. I am primarily looking for the existing main switchboard/supply upgrade and provision for the granny flat. There is an existing “WARNING ASBESTOS” marking on/near the electrical enclosure. Please take this into consideration and advise if any asbestos-related work or specialist assessment is required. Do not disturb suspected asbestos without appropriate assessment/control. Please provide: 1. NSW electrical licence details 2. Fixed-price quote including materials and labour 3. What work you propose to carry out 4. Confirmation of CCEW 5. Whether an ASP/distributor application is required 6. Need qualified electrician to carry out and provide CCEW for the following works: Fix or replace 2x existing double GPOs: buttons and sockets feel loose and gets pushed into the wall cavity when trying to plug in appliances.
