Licensed electrician needed to sort out a flickering pendant light - should be a quick job. • Light flickers when turned on. We've already replaced the bulb, so it's likely just a loose connection. • The wall box behind the switch is a bit crowded from an earlier job, so it probably just needs a tidy-up and re-terminate. • There's a smart relay wired in for the light - we have a spare on hand if it ever needs swapping, but we don't think that's the issue. Just need someone to find the fault, tidy the wiring, and check it all works.

I've got a Daiken FTXM71QVMA Split System Air Conditioner. Last week I woke to the safety switch being tripped. When I isolated the cause it was the power switch to the Air Con Unit. I noticed some of plastic shielding around the cables outside had broken off so wrapped them all in electrical tape and that stopped the short. Today I turned the Air Con unit on, the indoor (head) unit responds to the remote control, changes modes etc and the fan starts however the outdoor unit (compressor) doesn't start. Hoping it's just a power issue but will be guided by the experts?
