Hi! Before I move out I need a licenced electrician to swap out some of the blown downlights in my apartment as well as swap back the original pendant light. I believe there is one socket that isn't actually connected to any wiring, so would just need a note saying that's the case. There are quite a few downlights in need of a look: about 7 lights that should somewhat easily click in an out (I attached some photos of the lights). You will need a ladder as some of the ceilings are quite high. Centrally located, parking garage available, I'm flexible on timing and it should be a fairly easy in-and-out. If you can provide the downlights that would be perfect, but I have a few extra ones in the unit just in case.

It’ll sit behind a wall-mounted tablet — I’m cutting a recess into the wall myself to house the outlet and charger, so a standard (non-recessed) GPO is fine. Cable run is a short distance. See photo with tablet placeholder on the wall Note: Before I cut the recess, I’d like you to confirm the exact outlet position and check/mark up where the existing wiring runs behind that section of wall, so I don’t cut into anything live. The air conditioning line on the roof has about an inch unprotected from the elements. The roof is quite steep (pls see pic) - I just need it taped up or something put on so water doesn’t get in. I also need my mains power re-hooked to the roof. The electrician who did the air conditioning line left it unhooked when he finished.

No new switch is required, and I’m not looking to relocate wiring through the ceiling—just use the existing downlight circuit with an offset cable to position the pendant over the table. The apartment has plasterboard ceilings and good access to the area. I haven’t purchased the pendant yet, so happy to discuss any compatibility requirements. Hi there, I have a switch that, when turned on trips up the electricity in the house. It’s the switch to my backyard light. I separately have another switch, which needs the switch to be replaced with a new one. That other switch is unrelated to the one that causes a short circuit.

Remove existing 5 units of baton lighting and install 5 units of new batons in a store prior to store open. Whole unit will need replacing due to installed model being superseded. Replacement new units on site.
