Looking for an Electrician to install some lighting in Alexandria. Potentially a track (AI image included) or open to ideas. Wanting sorted this week if possible. Ceiling access easily accessible. Unsure on budget for something like this.

The air conditioning line on the roof has about an inch unprotected from the elements. The roof is quite steep (pls see pic) - I just need it taped up or something put on so water doesn’t get in. I also need my mains power re-hooked to the roof. The electrician who did the air conditioning line left it unhooked when he finished.

Hi there, I have a switch that, when turned on trips up the electricity in the house. It’s the switch to my backyard light. I separately have another switch, which needs the switch to be replaced with a new one. That other switch is unrelated to the one that causes a short circuit.
