One of the fuses on the fuse board will not switch on, power points downstairs are dead . All appliances have been unplugged still the fuse won't switch on.

Check sockets in apartment, some are not working or partially not (one side). Also fit 7 x down lights. I can provide? I want white with warm white bulbs.
