Main light + ceiling fan together I’d like it changed so that the fan is linked to the low light instead. Main light still needs to work properly. Please quote including callout/labour.

Blower fan (ducted system in my apartment) was making a squeaking sound and then it stopped spinning. If I spin the fan manually by hand it will go loose again then run for a bit. Now it only spins for a little while so I have left the AC turned off.
