The softener isn’t being taken by the washing machine during the cycle. Wondering if there’s any washing machine technicians out there. It’s an old machine that I was gifted so I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some sort of blockage but I’ve checked the filter. Electrolux won’t let me book it in for repair because I don’t know the exact purchase date.
