I have a miele ecocomfort w classic washing machine. Tonight while doing a load of washing the alarm went off and it said there was a f11 error code with the “check drainage” illuminated. I emptied the drain (which had some things in it) and then tested it on a short cycle but it happened again saying check drainage. I need it fixed asap as I have washing to do/people coming to stay who will need to use it. Thanks!

I already have the correct replacement gasket — I just need someone experienced to remove the old one and install the new one properly. Install my washing machine dryer combo. Space is small. Will need to remove one side of adjacent cabinet and possibly trim skirting board so it will fit before connecting water and drain and ensuring safe and secure installation. My washing machine is trying to start and water is getting in but I think there may be an issue with the pipes as it won’t actually start the cycle. Last week it was saying water inlet issue but then it resolved and I ended up doing multiple cycles with no issue but it’s now doing this again today and I can’t get it started. I would like someone who has experience with front loaders to come and investigate and try and resolve. Hoping it’s just a pipe blockage that needs unblocking and it will be fine.
