I have a washing machine that was installed and forgot to take the transit bolts out of. The unit is approx 70 kg and will need to be lifted straight upward about 1.5m to get them out.

We need to replace an old washing machine with a new one. The new washing machine needs to be moved downstairs, and the old one needs to be brought upstairs. The stairs have two corners, so this job requires heavy lifting.

I have a few small plumbing jobs to be completed in my apartment. 1. The tap in the laundry is horizontal, but needs to be vertical in order for the washing machine hose to connect 2. There is a leak from the pipe under the kitchen sink, I think this just needs re sealing 3. The Faucet in the bathroom is loose and needs re fixing to the basin

My washer is leaking from the hose which stems into the basin - just need to fix this. Also, I have an extension for the ceiling shower head which I want to add (its the arm of the head to make it a little longer)

The filter is broken but I cannot get it out to clean it. I think it is stuck.

Need to replace the gasket on a Haier HWF85AN1 washing machine. Washer has a Haier heat pump dryer sitting on top.
