The power in my apartment went out around 7:00 am today. The building still has electricity, so it seems to be limited to my unit. I checked the switchboard and tested the breakers. The RCD safety switch trips immediately when the circuit breakers are turned on. I have already unplugged all appliances in the apartment to rule out overload, but the issue continues, so it may be a fault in one of the circuits or the RCD itself. If you're interested in providing a quote, please let me know. #1 Install new bathroom fan extractor Old fan is 14 years old - decided to replace fan as making horrible noise Have purchased the product - it's getting delivered soon - the model picture from website is attached here. Photos attached in PDF - seems a simple job or just rewiring and installing. Dimensions are: Current ceiling square hole 205mm square Dimensions duct pipe - 95mm diameter #2 Rewire a connector box (to power Philip Hue lightstrip) Fluorescent tube for kitchen splashback was wired into a connector box in the cupboard above Decided to replace the tube with a Philips Hue lightstrip, as that syncs with the Smart Home etc Currently the lightstrip is just plugged into powersocket on kitchen bench (which looks ugly and temporary). Would like this wired up into the connector box in the cupboard above, and rewire the connector box so that it powers the Philip Hue lightstrip instead of the existing fluorescent tube Photos also attached with the above. Again seems a simple job (hopefully no drilling required if you can just poke the power cord for the lightstrip up into the cupboard using the existing hole that the fluorescent tube uses). #3 Install new power socket Want to install a new power socket in a wall - actually it's technically a column per the PDF attached The pocket socket will be used to power appliances on the kitchen benchtop and the Amazon Echo (mini tv screen) above it Attaching building drawings in the PDF if this helps Any questions, please don't hesitate to let me know.
