We need a new oven connected in a rental residence

We need to replace a damaged power plug. The new plug has already been purchased — we just need a licensed electrician to install it safely.

One of the Down lights in my kitchen has blown so I would like to replace all 3 (12 years old). I would prefer to provide the light fittings myself, though happy for you to provide an additional price including the light fittings if preferred. The lights are hard wired and the ceiling space is fairly limited (installed under AC) but here are 2 access panels

My gas oven currently is not connected to power supply. The power supply is only to ignite the gas chamber. But I need it for both bottom oven and top stove. Have been using a lighter. The power has a normal 3 prong connection cable. So, Im thinking to put power outlet in my cupboard that they can plug into. Also up for other suggestions. In addition, I'd like to look into plugging my overhead exhaust into power without it running out the bottom of the overhead cupboards. I haven't tiled the back yet until I sort this out. Electrician Needed – Install LED Light Under Shelf & Fix Power Switches Looking for a licensed electrician to install an LED light under a shelf. I already have the light and a transformer, as a previous electrician said I’d need it. I want everything to be neatly installed and hidden away. The wall behind it is gyprock. Please let me know in the offer if I need to get anything else to have this done. Additionally, the power switches are currently loose and need to be properly secured to the wall.
