Looking for someone to provide and install a handrail for outdoor steps leading to backyard (2 steps, rail to be placed on non-tub side)

We are a furniture/lighting showroom in Rosebery looking for an electrician to do the occasional job/repair for our lamps and pendants. Currently need 2 x lamps switch to be fixed. Business hours Monday to Friday 8,30am to 4,30pm

We require 4 picnic tables, 6 benches and 4 small square 4 top tables to be sanded and varnished for a restaurant in Rosebery.

Four taps at a childcare centre are leaking. Two are inside the bathroom, one is in our laundry, and the other is outdoors. 1) One tap continues to spin and doesn't stop -- This is one of the inside taps (the one with zip-ties we have used to hold it in place/prevent children from using) 2) The other three taps do not tighten enough to stop their drip. One of these is a bathroom tap, the outside tap, and the laundry tap (the laundry tap is the long tap that looks different than the others-- it is rigged up to the washing machine, if this makes a difference) (The taps have been taped/zip-tied to prevent the children from using them) DUE DATE: As soon as possible We would need a tasker to come any day/time between MONDAY TO FRIDAY during our operating hours, which are 8:00AM TO 5:30PM (Sorry, this task was re-posted and amended, as we missed a tap in the first listing!
