am looking for an experienced leak detection, waterproofing or building maintenance professional to investigate a rainwater ingress issue in an upstairs bedroom of my terrace house in Balmain. Issue: • Water appears during and after heavy rain. • Moisture is appearing along the wall/skirting line adjacent to an external window/lightwell. • Carpet near the wall is becoming damp and has started lifting/buckling slightly. • The issue is recurring during rain events. • Photos available showing the affected area and external lightwell. We have a narrow concrete breezeway/passageway with three small steps between two terraces and would like ramps built on/over these steps to make it easier to get bikes and bins through the breezeway.
