Chainsaw 5 tree stumps - that are not in the ground - into 2-4 pieces. You do not need to remove stump pieces. They are hard wood.

These two taps are the most used taps in the house and leak especially during the winters. They used to drip and now have started to flow in a tiny stream even when the tap is closed and shut very tight. The house was built in around 2005. Pressure wash a ramp, around three front door entrances, stairs leading down and landings. A cement path. Remove weeds, leaves, and moss off the brick walls, wash the sides of stairs and brick walls of the stairs that you can see in photos 7-8. ensure no water enters the house.

I have purchased new taps however the wall has been tiled over the existing taps and they can not be removed. I need the tiles cut to allow removal of the existing taps and the new taps installed

Have about three areas I want to close up to stop any critters entering the house. A couple need a small piece of wood to close the gap and then fully sealed. Plus other little areas I want to have caulked or expandable foam to close up where wood is difficult. Don’t have photos of the all areas as I will need to remove a cupboard for one of these, but one of the areas shown.
