Hi! I’m looking for someone to help me replace the little latches/clips that hold the covers onto my ceiling lights so I can put the covers back on properly. They’re the little slide to release things on the light fitting that let you take the cover off to change the bulb. Unfortunately, because the fittings are quite old, 3 of them have fallen/broken over time and I managed to break another one myself 😅 I still have all of the light covers and bulbs, so I don’t need any help with those — I’m just looking for someone who can replace/fix the little latches so the covers can be put back on and stay in place. I’m moving out soon, so I’d just like to get them fixed before I leave. I work until 5:30pm on weekdays, so anytime after that or on the weekend would work best for me. I’m not sure exactly what the little clips are called or what replacement parts are needed, so if you know what I’m talking about and can help, please let me know 😊

Must be able to remove stumps. A reciprocating saw won't do the job.

Hot water issue: Hot water is available from the kitchen tap, but the other taps are only getting lukewarm water or no hot water at all\.

Bathroom taps are leaking, probably just need washers replaced. 2 bathrooms so 4 taps but might as well do the mixer in kitchen also as preventative.

I have four tree stumps and quite a few leaves to be removed from the ground. I can supply the skip to dispose of the garbage, and I have a rake that you can use, but I would need the person doing the work to provide a leaf blower and any other equipment required to complete the work. The root of the tree stumps need to be removed, not just the actual stump that is sticking out of the ground.
