I need a data Ethernet cable supplied and install from my router in bedroom to my walk in Robe and also another point in another bedroom as per attached plan. I will then connect my satellites to these points. I assume you would need to go through roof which have attached photos of before sheeting was installed

Need an experienced IT technician to wipe and reinstall Windows on a Dell laptop that was previously a work device. I can’t log in and Reset this PC is asking for a BitLocker recovery key, which I don’t have. I’m fine with all data being erased. Need someone who can create bootable install media, perform a clean Windows install, and confirm whether the laptop is still tied to corporate management (e.g. Intune/Autopilot). I have a Mac, so I may need you to bring what’s needed. I wish to have the latest windows installed.

NBN technician came out to upgrade us to FTTP but couldn’t complete it due to a problem with the conduit. He said the existing cable can’t be pulled out and a new one can’t be fed through, so the conduit isn’t usable. A new conduit will need to be installed Through the carport ceiling into the house (easier option).
