Need help with a 3TB hard drive that is not showing up in my computer but is recognized as a device and appears as a USB drive, indicating a possible partition issue.

The old fast drive needs a new fast drive able to have windows 11 installed as task and optimal RAM needed for this. PC is a table top with a second storage drive with 2 gig maxed out. Currently most of my programs cant be updated demanding 11. When I've moved the current 2 gig to a backup usb . I hope to get a tech to bring a drive as fast as my current one and install it - clone what can be - and hook up to a new 2gig free space to store new stuff.
