I have purchased a new house and trying to get the existing solar panel growatt inverter system to be synced to the mobile phone ShineAppPhone. For some reason I can configure the data logger to the plant although it’s showing on the app it appears as being offline. I just need someone to play around with my app and the actually external device and have them synced so that the device starts showing as online on the app.

I have an ender V3 SE 3d printer and 2 x eufy cameras that I've attempted to set up. I'm beyond frustrated and have had a few people attempt this. Please message for further details.
