We require an onsite technician to troubleshoot and resolve an external access issue for a VBox device at our Rockhampton site. Current Situation: - VBox is accessible internally via LAN - External access via public IP is not working - Router port forwarding has been configured, but may be incorrect - Device setup was previously incomplete but has now been finalised Scope of Work: - Verify VBox configuration and ensure setup is complete - Assign a static IP and disable DHCP - Confirm the correct LAN interface connection on the router - Review and correct port forwarding: Verify WAN/public IP and rule out ISP-related issues (e.g., CG-NAT), test external access using mobile data and provide a brief summary of the fix Requirements: - Experience with routers, NAT, and port forwarding - Ability to troubleshoot network access issues on-site - Must bring own laptop/tools Goal: Enable reliable external access to the VBox via a public IP address. Location: Rockhampton site (details provided upon assignment)

Seeking a local tech to install and set up UniFi networking equipment onsite. No internal cabling required. Job is scoped for 2–3 hours (available from 25 June). Quote must include all time and any costs (e.g., parking). Any additional hours or equipment must be approved before action or purchase and will be reimbursed.

Attend site to switch over existing networking gear (new Meraki security device and access points). Connect to NTD connection. Switch current switch in comms rack to new switch. Ensure staff are connected to new network connection correctly. Update HP printers to new IP address (supplied). Merakis are preconfigured by our IT team in the UK. You will need to also load Subnet Mast, Gateway and DNS1/2 when on site. If for some reason, connection does not work, will refer to UK team and request follow up support to be negotiated with person assisting with this job. Expect overall job to take 2-4 hours max (assuming works smoothly).
