I have a timber bench top in my laundry and bathroom vanity that were never sealed properly and now have decent water damage. I want to get them sanded and sealed properly to prevent further damage. They are about 60x180 and 75x50

The gate is metal framed with wooden panels. Metal posts are in concrete bases. Since the gate was installed the gate post has shifted (reason unknown) so that the overlap at the latch is about 1 cm. I would like the gate to be made to close. The gate post is flush with a stone retaining wall.

I need to build some stairs with nonslip wood from my garage. It likely need to be a custom design (example sketch) to leave room to walk around them in a tighter spot. Would like to have similar dimensions and non-slip wood to existing nearby steps (photo included). Happy for fewer and steeper steps, but need to be able to walk down going forwards from garage.
