I am looking to purchase and install a 2.6KW airconditioner in my upstairs bedroom. Happy with Akai or Mitsubshi. It is attached to an outside wall with back toback split airconditioner and attached to the wall with a bracket, I need a quote for supply and installation quote instead of just installation

Have about three areas I want to close up to stop any critters entering the house. A couple need a small piece of wood to close the gap and then fully sealed. Plus other little areas I want to have caulked or expandable foam to close up where wood is difficult. Don’t have photos of the all areas as I will need to remove a cupboard for one of these, but one of the areas shown.

The skirting boards were taken off to put down floorboards - and when they went back on there are some gaps - would like those sorted and there are three plaster board holes I would like patched as well .The skirting boards are throughout two bedrooms - hallway - loungeroom with gaps along the way. Looking for a plumber to come out to my place and do two tasks: 1. Disconnect and remove 3 sprinkler taps that don't work anymore. See photo. 2. Divert aircon drain pipe into main drainage downpipe (so it looks better). See photo. Preferable with same metal piping as the downpipe (or put the white plastic pipe in it) so it is hidden. Thanks

Change taps in 2x bathroom sink

Need 2 bench tops cut in size and cut out 2 tap holes , and 2 sink hole on each bench.

Need to fix: 1 tap is leaking 1 small tap tightening 1 seal to re-do 1 need to bolt in the Pos stand Needs to be done towards the end of the day maybe 4/5pm

2 x sink taps and 2 shower taps need fixing or replacing. Hot sink tap does not flow. Cold tap drips. Both shower taps are loose and need fixing.
