Looking for someone experienced with minor paint and enamel repairs to complete a few small touch-ups before we vacate our rental property. Work required: * Approx. 8–10 small wall paint touch-ups, each around the size of a 5-cent coin, where paint has peeled away after removing temporary wall fixtures/hooks. * One small enamel repair to the bathtub, approximately the size of a 5-cent coin, where the enamel surface has eroded/chipped. * Touch-ups should be blended as neatly as possible with the existing finish and suitable for an end-of-lease handover. Ideally looking for someone who can colour-match/supply the required paint and bath repair materials, as we don’t currently have the original paint. Please include materials in your quote. Available to attend the property during this week up until Monday 31 August. Property is a 2-bedroom apartment and this is a small repair job rather than full wall painting.

The task involves: -Taking it apart into pieces that can be carried up 2 floors (lower ground to 1st floor) -Carry the pieces up to 1st floor apartment -Reassemble bed -Attach headboard to wall Drawers and headboard are already upstairs in the apartment.
