To set up three wifi zones and arrange for a direct fibre connection to be set up by NBN into the house. Currently the Telstra connection is working intermittently. There are cable connections from Telstra modem to two other parts of the house for creating separate wifi zones. Will also need you to liaise with NBN to fix direct fibre (FTTP) connection.

The person who installed our Ubiquiti system last year has moved to Geelong, and therefore now unavailable. Just recently there seems to be a problem with wifi coverage and functionality. We wanted to find a local professional to help fix or improve our network. I am having so many problems with my wifi network. It’s an almost new (6 months old) UniFy Ubiquiti system with 5 satellites. I have approximately 110 devices connected to it (most are smart lights, etc.) and at the moment it is not allowing me to connect anything new, it is randomly kicking devices off the network, and of most frustration. My Sonos system is completely non-functional because of the Wi-Fi issues. I need this fixed, I suspect it is a settings related issue as there is excellent Wi-Fi coverage showing in the app for all satellites across the whole house. I think at a minimum we need a full factory reset and I need someone who really knows this system. Well who can configure it to work flawlessly?

Our office has voip phones using siptalk. Since changing from 5G web to NBN a few months back they have been unreliable, cutting out. Some are wifi some are wired. Job requires coming to the office on a weekend and reworking them. Must have testing equipment to thoroughly test reliability. These phones have been self managed and setup via siptalk to date.
