I have moved and my printer won’t connect at the new house. I have downloaded the app and I have also tried to set up myself - but the internet is on , and it’s not picking up the printer.

I could use the help of a computer expert. I recently I purchased a new laptop, and 2 x monitors. I wanted a set up where I could remove the laptop and take it with me if need be, but otherwise plug in and use with the 2 x monitors for my work. We had someone come out and hook it all up, and it worked for about 5 minutes, now the monitors wont work with the laptop lid closed, the printer wont print, and the whole thing is driving me insane. I've purchased 2 x docking stations to try and get this right, but nothing has changed at all. I really need to work, and this has been a massive inconvenience, not to mention a costly exercise. I dont want anymore drama. I could really use the help of someone that sees this sort of stuff all the time, and could genuinely help me out. To set up three wifi zones and arrange for a direct fibre connection to be set up by NBN into the house. Currently the Telstra connection is working intermittently. There are cable connections from Telstra modem to two other parts of the house for creating separate wifi zones. Will also need you to liaise with NBN to fix direct fibre (FTTP) connection.
