I have just signed up with Mate for my internet. I received my modem and nbn unit and having a hard time connecting to the internet. I have connected the cables and on my phone it will say "connected without internet". The company did what they could but still nothing.Im not sure if ive missed something but Im desperate for help.
Jeremy was an absolute lifesaver! After my internet provider was no help and refused to send anyone out. I posted on Airtasker out of desperation. I’m so glad Jeremy responded.
