Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Burwood VIC

Hi everyone, I'm looking for an electrician or technician who specialises in internet/NBN connection issues. I'm with Optus, and my internet keeps dropping out multiple times throughout the day. I contacted Optus, and they said the modem was faulty, so I replaced it with a brand new one. I also replaced the Ethernet cable between the NBN box and the modem. Unfortunately, the problem is still happening. The NBN box always shows all the lights on, but modem only has the power light on, while the other lights are either off or flashing inconsistently. I'm not sure what's causing the issue anymore. I'm looking for someone who has experience diagnosing and fixing this kind of problem. If you can help or know someone who can, please let me know.
