Current setup: - NBN box and router is located upstairs in a walk-in robe - Main ethernet point required in the ground-floor study, almost directly below the router - Internal walls are plaster - Ground floor is on a concrete slab - First-floor flooring is particle board/timber framing, carpet - Flat tin roof with very little roof cavity (30cm or less) and no manhole/crawl-space access Main requirement: - Run ethernet from the router location upstairs to a wall plate in the study directly/almost directly below. Optional additional work: - I’m also interested in a second ethernet point near the TV on the ground floor depending on cost - The TV is approximately 10m horizontally from the study/router area - Please let me know what the additional cost would likely be for this point.

Through trouble shooting, the internet provider Superloop states that theres a fault within the internal patching between the NBN port and the designated customer port within the apartment building that is causing no internet access. Requesting then for the assistance of an electrician or qualified cable maintenance service specialised in building infrastructure to resolve the issue.

I am having so many problems with my wifi network. It’s an almost new (6 months old) UniFy Ubiquiti system with 5 satellites. I have approximately 110 devices connected to it (most are smart lights, etc.) and at the moment it is not allowing me to connect anything new, it is randomly kicking devices off the network, and of most frustration. My Sonos system is completely non-functional because of the Wi-Fi issues. I need this fixed, I suspect it is a settings related issue as there is excellent Wi-Fi coverage showing in the app for all satellites across the whole house. I think at a minimum we need a full factory reset and I need someone who really knows this system. Well who can configure it to work flawlessly?
