My iPhone XS is absolutely full because I have been unable to move older videos / photos to my laptop (not MAC). When I got the phone, I just started recording, and when I tried to transfer the photos and videos after a few months, this wasn't working. I think I then changed the format from high efficiency to most compatible, and I was then able to transfer newer photos and videos from then onwards, but I was still unable to transfer the older ones.
