Hi there I have a pretty expensive rig and everything was working fine but today when I started up my computer it only shows the Motherboard Logo on start up and then a black screen with a mouse loading symbol need someone to help me fix it if possible.

The data logger on our inverter was working for years, Solis changed Apps, have been able to set the new App up but it is not able to connect to the data logger. I also mucked around with the data logger before I found out they had changed Apps so potentially a wire is disconnected

Had the same PC guy assist me for just on 16 years...recently he updated the pc (motherboard etc) and although I asked for bluetooth and wifi connectivity...it was left for me to arrange myself, to future proof the pc. I rang him yesterday morning and asked him to call back as to when he could attend to the current issue (below). I have not heard from him since. Hmm My current issue is that I loose ethernet connectivity irregularly but at least daily. The wi-fi is fine (and of course the 'go to'). Carried out many adapter resets, MS troubleshooter, winsock (command type) resets ...and the biggie the bleedin ms 'network reset' (almost daily). That 5 mins takes ages sometimes. Network resets generally work but not the most recent one, a bit like the DOS/command prompt winsock/ip config stuff used too. Looking for onsite assistance for a reasonable fee (arent we all). Budget range is $50-120 (call out and at least 1 hour) - Due date: Flexible
