Internet not working on laptop

I’m experiencing an issue with my computer. After a few minutes of use, the fan starts running continuously and becomes quite noisy. It doesn’t stop until the machine is completely shut down. I’m located in Hallam and would appreciate if someone could assist with repairing or inspecting the issue.

Hey I messed with my Xiaomi 1s software to try make it faster and not sure what I did wrong but it doesn't go anywhere now power button only turns it on it turns it's self off quickly unless you hold the power button and doesn't show battery level, everything lights up when scooter turns on so the display still works, can still connect to various apps on android - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 3 July 2023
