Need a 2 level platform built in a home theatre room. Area is approx 4 x 4 m (4 x 7 room)

We needed to cut down the middle of our concrete steps to fix some plumbing issues and now need them fixed. This is the section that is currently covered by a foam mat in the photos. We would like to remove these 4 steps and get 4 new concrete steps put in (these are approx 900mm wide, but we would like to extend the 3 top steps out to the fence which is 1400mm wide). Additonally, the cut out section on top of the steps (next to the door) needs to be patched up with concrete.

Have attached an example from Bunnings again (anything similar is fine), and photos of the current taps. Depending on cost, I might also be keen to replace the taps in the other bathroom as well (two sets - it's a shower inside of a bath). If this is something you can do, are you able to give me a quote at all please? Please note I am in an apartment in St Marys, I am up one floor.
