We have restaurant needs to tighten up taps

We are installing a new stone benchtop and splashback for our kitchen. But before we can do so, the old benchtop and splashback needs to go! Benchtop is caesarstone and comprises three pieces, and splashback is one piece, glued on to a (I think) cement wall. Job must take care of disposal (or re use if possible) of removed materials. Sink and cooktop are to be reused. Un-installation of sink potentially welcome but not essential, and removal of cooktop is not necessary.

Reposting this from an earlier task as my scope has changed. Looking for a licenced plumber to help me replace shower head and bath and basin taps in my bathroom. I had a plumber come by and inspect my shower head leak, and he indicated it was due to old taps. What I need done specifically: 1) Replace / install shower head 2) Replace / install bath taps - 1/4 turn wall top assembly 3) Replace / install bath set (taps + spout) - 1/4 turn + spout 4) Replace / install 1/4 level sink basin set 5) IF POSSIBLE - the sink just has an open pipe; not sure if you can also install a stopper / plug so it's not just exposed PVC piping (I've had a few things fall down there in the past). I've ordered each of the 4 components and am waiting on delivery. Ideally will arrive next week. Photos attached of current situation / what I'd like replacing.

Large solid wood dining table currently has thick lacquer on it. We would like it to be sanded back and stained with a tinted wood oil we have purchased. We also have three plywood desk tops. We need them to be sanded and stained with a white wood oil. It’s possible to do this at our home in the garden, or to remove and bring back the pieces. The terrace would need to be vacuumed and cleaned if you do it there. See pics attached. We will supply the oil stains, everything else would need to be supplied by you.

End of lease. Need approximately 5 small wall touch ups. Move out date is Wednesday 2nd. So needs to be done tomorrow and completed by 4:30pm Approximately 5 spots to be touched up.

Supply and fit new bathroom sink taps. Like for like will do.

I have two small chips in the paint on the bonnet of my car that I would like to get fixed please? I also have a small dent on the style line of the driver-side rear door which I would also like to get fixed please? All offers will be considered :)

We have 2 x lamps and they currently have European power plus on them we need a certified electrician to change them to Australian plugs - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 28 February 2023

Have a few bits to be fixed in the office - - push to open drawer doesn't close anymore - carpet tiles to be re-glued properly (2 or 3 in a room) - toilet paper roll holder to be painted white - misaligned doors to be fixed (this can be left out for now - may have to inspect on site before quoting) - Due date: Flexible

Battery dead and need a jump start - Due date: Before Friday, 23 December 2022

Require a licensed plumber to remove and re-place pipe work. I can reimburse cost of materials Change the taps over, the cold handle is on the wrong side and not turning well (not changing the hardware) - Due date: Before Friday, 14 October 2022
