The fitting is approximately 4 metres high (floor to ceiling), so you’ll need to bring your own suitable access equipment to reach it safely (for example, a high ladder or a scaffold system). Any ladder/scaffold must be able to fit in the building lift and be set up inside the apartment. We’ve already purchased the replacement pendant and it is ready to install. The job is to remove the existing pendant and install the new one, ensuring it is secure, level, and working correctly. Thanks!

One of them is a pendant light positioned in a void area, which will require a tall ladder or appropriate equipment to access safely.
