I would like the electrician to replace the faulty light and check that the unit is otherwise working properly. 2. Outdoor light fittings – diagnosis We have some outdoor light fittings that are difficult to unscrew/open. I need help opening them and confirming whether the bulbs need replacing. 3. Garage lights issue – diagnosis We have several garage batten lights and they are all not working. I am not sure whether the batten lights themselves need replacing or whether there is another electrical issue.
