Electrical Power Point (Socket) Is not working

Need to install 2 tv’s on wall and one electrical extension

Looking for a licensed electrician to complete a few straightforward jobs at home. Scope is: 1. Replace 9 existing old-style garage tube/batten lights with simple LED batten lights. A previous sparky has already checked these and confirmed they should be a straightforward swap-over: remove old fittings and install new ones. 2. Replace bathroom exhaust/light/heater unit with a new Airflow-style 3-in-1 unit. Replacement unit is already organised and ready to install. 3. Check and fix gas cooktop ignition issue. Gas comes on, but there is no spark when pressing/turning the knob, so we currently need to use a lighter/match. 4. Check oven light and replace/fix if required. Ideally looking for someone available in the morning, so if any small parts are needed, I can quickly pick them up from an electrical supply store while you are here. Quote labour.

I would like the electrician to replace the faulty light and check that the unit is otherwise working properly. 2. Outdoor light fittings – diagnosis We have some outdoor light fittings that are difficult to unscrew/open. I need help opening them and confirming whether the bulbs need replacing. 3. Garage lights issue – diagnosis We have several garage batten lights and they are all not working. I am not sure whether the batten lights themselves need replacing or whether there is another electrical issue. I recently replaced one of them and it died again a few weeks later, so I’d like this properly checked and diagnosed. I will pay for parts/materials.

I need to get the split ac cleaned. There are two air conditioners that require cleaning. Person has to get his cleaning kit and ladder for this purpose.

The unit might be narrower than the window. Could you help with sealing the gaps to ensure it's airtight and insect-proof? Does your quote include the materials needed to mount and seal the gaps around the aircon? Since this is a rental property, the installation must be easily removable so I can restore the window to its original state when I move out.
