Single storey double brick house. 3 power points to be swapped out directly ~7 power points to be taken out from existing skirtingboards or above the current skirtingboard and attached to the new skirtingboard or just above it 1 power point to be lifted by 50 - 100 cm 1 outdoor power point (at the rear workshop) to be connected to the switchboard next to it via conduit The 3in1 and all powerpoints are provided by me. I have 3 interconnecting wireless smoke alarms to be ceiling mounted throughout my unit. Brand and model: Red Photoelectric smoke alarm (R10RF) It is a double brick 1960s ground floor unit with popcorn ceilings (no asbestos). Not sure what the ceiling material is beyond that but you will need appropriate tools (I have a ladder if needed).

Hi, looking for a happy leccy fit a ceiling fan in the living room - there is an unused fixture but it will need moving. Also install 2-3 points in the kitchen and living room. I haven’t bought the fan yet, happy to get your guidance to ensure it’s the best fit etc.

Require licensed electrician for a couple of jobs. 1. Replace 2 x LED baton lights. One is flickering and we found out it has no bulb. We think it might need to be replaced with a version that has bulbs so we can fix ourselves in future. They are about 1200mm (pictured). 2. Replace old wood light switches x 3 (pictured) with modern white light switch 3. Two x dimmer light switches both broke in the same way, with the dimmer button coming off. Need to be swapped out for more reliable version. Also request no back lighting in the new switch.
