Issue summary: • Random power trips affecting bathroom lights and exhaust fan. • The issue is intermittent – a previous two electricians visited and replaced some sockets, but the tripping continues. • It likely needs proper insulation or wiring fault testing to find the root cause before repair. • I’m looking for someone experienced with apartment electrical systems who can efficiently isolate and repair the issue without unnecessary wall or ceiling damage. Additional info: • Apartment is only 5 years old and never had issues before. • Problem started after returning from a 1-month vacation – could possibly be moisture-related, but not confirmed.
