I have 3 tasks and what I offer is the diagnoses for the 1st task and immediate fix of 2 and 3 on the day please. It is ok if you cannot help with the dishwasher. I also need a report if the issue with the flickering lights happening due to corrosion. I will report it back to strata refusing to pay for it atm. 1. flickering lights. I cannot attach the video here, but I have 3 lights installed right above the kitchen bench started flickering. there was a water leak 14 months ago, so I am assuming the corrosion developed in time. 3 lights possibly connected parallel needs fixing. 2. bathroom power outlet switch is not keeping on when I try to press on it. I need this fixed on the day please. 3. Embedded dishwasher is dislocated. you can see it needs to be mounted with a screw to the side. Thank you

I need electrical work on an apartment with CPEW provided for strata. Just renewing old equipment. I have all materials, just need the labour. Needing an electrician to installed wall mounted 5 hexagon lights.

I have enclosed a outside cabana creating a teenage retreat room. It has an outdoor power point and I want to convert that into an internal one and reconnect the outdoor powerpoint about a metre outside the room. I also want a new powerpoint installed onto a new wall. Access is easy through an open roof cavity and existing ceiling powerpoint about a metre away from where I would like the new powerpoint.

We have some electrical jobs to be done around the house, changing some lights ( garage ceiling light，bathroom heat light， automatic sensor etc.. ) so will need someone to come to do an inspection first in order to make a quote.

7 light bulbs in my apartment need changing. Down lights so unsure how to change myself. Already purchased the bulbs.
