Looking for an experienced/qualified air conditioning technician to diagnose and repair an LG split-system air conditioner at our shop in Strathfield. Brand: LG Indoor model: R24AWN-NC10 Outdoor model: R24AWN-UC10 Current issue: Indoor unit turns on initially for 2-3 minutes then stops Cooling indicator light flashes 5 times repeatedly. Outdoor unit does not appear to start. Tried resetting the system from switchboard & isolator with no luck Need a diagnosis asap please and a quote depending on the repair required. Electrical Power Point (Socket) Is not working

Looking for a licensed electrician to complete a few straightforward jobs at home. Scope is: 1. Replace 9 existing old-style garage tube/batten lights with simple LED batten lights. A previous sparky has already checked these and confirmed they should be a straightforward swap-over: remove old fittings and install new ones. 2. Replace bathroom exhaust/light/heater unit with a new Airflow-style 3-in-1 unit. Replacement unit is already organised and ready to install. 3. Check and fix gas cooktop ignition issue. Gas comes on, but there is no spark when pressing/turning the knob, so we currently need to use a lighter/match. 4. Check oven light and replace/fix if required. Ideally looking for someone available in the morning, so if any small parts are needed, I can quickly pick them up from an electrical supply store while you are here. Quote labour.

Having the mains for a section of my home constantly trip, need an electrician to come and diagnose the issue

The unit might be narrower than the window. Could you help with sealing the gaps to ensure it's airtight and insect-proof? Does your quote include the materials needed to mount and seal the gaps around the aircon? Since this is a rental property, the installation must be easily removable so I can restore the window to its original state when I move out. Please note that I've set a tentative budget but I'm happy to negotiate with you on a fair price. Salamat po!
