I was about to install a new dishwasher when I tested the power socket beneath the sink - discover it is faulty. It seems there is power reaching it, because pushing it slightly triggers it, so it looks like the connection to the socket is faulty. Looking for a quote to remove / fix or replace. The first balcony is 3m x 4m. Some paint stains and thick dirt on tiles. Need it properly cleaned. Photo of this balcony attached. This is the balcony in bad condition. The second balcony (tiles are in good condition but surface dirt) is 1.5m x 6.9m. Happy to do it anytime even today! Please submit offers ASAP!
