There are 5 separate jobs, listed below with measurements. I'll attach a photo for each one so you can see exactly what's needed. Please note — you supply everything. All materials, doors, locks, paint, and hardware are to be provided by the tasker and included in your quote. Every wall must be fully finished: framed, sheeted, plastered, sanded and painted, ready to use. Any new door must be hung and working, with a lockable handle (key lock included). Job details: Wall 1 — Build a new wall approx. 2.06m wide, with a door installed( You can use the door from the top floor . Wall 2 — Build a wall only, no door, approx. 3.44m long.The 2 walls are not compeltely allign, one of them needs like a 10 cm nook so that then you can build the straight wall or if you have a better solution go for it! Wall 3 — Install a door into an existing 70cm opening (door to have a key lock). Wall 4 — 1.2m span: install a door here, or a short section of wall plus a door — whichever works best structurally. Door to have a key lock. Wall 5 — Remove the existing door, then build a wall to close off the opening completely. (You can use this door in the GF wall #1) Good to know: Ceiling height is 3.2m throughout, so please factor this into materials and pricing. No electrical work is required — no power points, switches or lights in any of the walls. All walls to be painted and finished to a clean, ready-to-use standard. We currently have six hollow sliding doors, and we’re exploring replacing them with solid core sliding doors to reduce sound travelling between consulting rooms. We may also require architraves and finishing work, depending on your recommendations. Before proceeding, we’d like the successful Airtasker to come and inspect the space, discuss the available options, and recommend the best solution. Hi! I have 5 honeycomb blinds that need to be installed in the recess of two balcony windows (3 panels in one and 2 in the other). Blinds come with screws etc. However, please be prepared for masonry drilling (and wall plugs) but there may be a steel beam as support under the masonry so make sure you have a metal drill bit just in case :) I also have a makita impact driver if you need to use it but just lacking the drill bits. Standard height ceilings (240-250cm) but i have a small step ladder.

Hi, I need help repairing a vertical blind. The stem that connects the slats is broken and needs replacing. The blind rotates fine, but the alignment is off — the slats don’t slide smoothly across the track.
