Find an experienced handyman in Dobroyd Point

I’m looking for an experienced tradesperson to repair two external areas shown in the attached photos: 1. External ceiling/eaves: Repair a small hole near the gutter and the surrounding cracked area. Replace the affected section if needed for a durable repair. 2. External wall: Replace the damaged sheeting covering an opening approximately 1,600 mm × 900 mm, using suitable exterior-grade material that matches the existing thickness and appearance. The work should include: 1. Secure fixing, with backing and replacement trims where required. 2. Sealing joints and edges against the weather. 3. Priming and painting the repaired areas to match the existing colour as closely as possible. 4. Removing all waste and leaving the area tidy. You must supply all materials, paint, tools, ladders and equipment. Please include these costs in your offer. Please flag any underlying timber damage or moisture issues before covering the openings.
