I need someone to install a Hills single fold clothesline on the wall of my brick house. Please see attached pictures for all the parts. You will need a drill and appropriate screws that can drill into the brick.

Scope of Works Remove and permanently seal 11 unused AC duct openings in a residential Gyprock ceiling. Existing openings: 6 × circular metal AC duct openings (approximately 310 mm diameter) 3 × square metal AC duct openings (approximately 335 mm × 335 mm) 2 × larger square metal return air openings (approximately 600 mm × 400 mm) Required works: Access the roof space. Disconnect and remove the unused flexible AC ducting associated with the above openings. Remove the metal ceiling duct boots/register boxes, including the return air boxes. Install rigid backing panels above each opening, extending beyond the perimeter of the existing opening, to provide a secondary air and dust barrier. Install matching Gyprock patches flush with the existing ceiling. Tape, set and sand all joints to achieve a smooth finish. Prime and paint the repaired areas to match the existing white ceiling finish. Remove all redundant duct materials and leave the work area clean and tidy. Please provide a fixed-price quotation inclusive of all labour and materials.

Garage door (Merlin Tiltmaster) not working. Looks like spring not functioning. Motor moves 5cm and stops probably protection mode triggered. Light blink four times and pause.

Current tap and under-sink plumbing setup pictured. Existing tap is functioning but being upgraded. New tap includes fittings and hoses. Install a security door chair

I would like to install a doggy door in a cavity brick wall. The wall is double brick.

Small hole in gyprock wall needs to be patched and painted. Paint is already here.

Walls need to be cleaned, nails removed. In some places the gypsum is cracked - needs to be fixed

We have two doors that I need fixed: 1. One of them: the door isn't closing. I'm not sure if it needs to be shaved off a bit but the lock isn't connecting with the lock part of it. 2. The other one: we just need a door handle put in with the door. It doesn't have to be perfect at all. We are doing a huge renovation at the end of the year so it doesn't have to be perfect, just work! . These are just my kids' rooms, and I need them to be able to close their doors properly. Almost no need for a fix for the moment. If possible, I would love to do this on a Tuesday, 5th May! but flexiable at the same time for a day next week. But Tues or Wed the best days!

Need window decals installed, small business First floor windows

Two lockers to be lowered 50mm. I'll send you the the materials, which are replacement legs with castors . 1. Jack up lockers, drill out rivets holding legs and slide the out. 2. Cut 50mm off the bottom corner extrusions 3. Slide in new legs and castors and tech screw or rivet new legs in place. Tools required. 1. Jack for lifting lockers at each end, about 200kg each. 2. Drill to drill out rivets 3. Angle grinder with cutting saw to saw off 50mm from the aluminium corners. 4. Rivet gun or impact driver.

I’m looking for someone to supply and install 2 cupboard door knobs on an existing cupboard (see photo). The current knobs need to be removed and replaced.
