Like to patch 1 hole in ceiling.

Scope of Works Remove and permanently seal 11 unused AC duct openings in a residential Gyprock ceiling. Existing openings: 6 × circular metal AC duct openings (approximately 310 mm diameter) 3 × square metal AC duct openings (approximately 335 mm × 335 mm) 2 × larger square metal return air openings (approximately 600 mm × 400 mm) Required works: Access the roof space. Disconnect and remove the unused flexible AC ducting associated with the above openings. Remove the metal ceiling duct boots/register boxes, including the return air boxes. Install rigid backing panels above each opening, extending beyond the perimeter of the existing opening, to provide a secondary air and dust barrier. Install matching Gyprock patches flush with the existing ceiling. Tape, set and sand all joints to achieve a smooth finish. Prime and paint the repaired areas to match the existing white ceiling finish. Remove all redundant duct materials and leave the work area clean and tidy. Please provide a fixed-price quotation inclusive of all labour and materials.

Duplex requires patching to a few areas

Patching holes made in gyprock/drywall to hang 4 TVs. And patching and painting holes made for hanging about 15 pictures. Job should take about 1 hour if fast drying filler is used. I will supply the paint. Trades person will need filler, paint brush and other related tools.

We need to repair torn drywall paper. It got damaged from removing adhesive hooks and Velcro, and match existing paint.

Paint 2 walls (not skirting) Wall 1 is 2.5m x 2.1m Wall 2 is 6.2m x 2.3m Plaster one mark on the wall. Pictures attached of the mark + 2 walls. I will supply the paint.

1. Remove water damaged gyprock from garage ceiling over an area of 1500mm by 1800mm to 2000mm by 2000mm. Prior to removal of damaged gyprock all cables in the ceiling space above are to be located and protected 2. Dispose of damaged gyprock off site. 3. Supply and fix new gyprock including taping and setting joins. Corner to be square set. 5. Sand back joins ready for painting 6. Clean up Please note original leak in roof has been repaired and sarking patched up.

Gyprock has been applied just needs to be sanded and refined ready to be painted. Will provide the following: - Gyprock topping compound - Professional sander - Spatulas/tools to apply Gyprock

Had a roof leak at my home, Need Ceiling fixed

Garage back side wall at the ground level needs to be plastered with cement and prevent water from seeping in as it is sitting at a low level. The entire wodeen section has the back exposed and needs to be plastered. Please give me a quote with material+labour.

I have some small holes in my dining room wall and hall way which have been scratched and damaged by my puppy. Some we have repaired and some are new. We would like a better repair job done on them so that we can paint to complete. We would like to get quote for the patching only, not the painting as we can do this once the wall is repaired.
