I’m looking for someone to complete a few small Gyprock/plasterboard and finishing repairs before painting. The jobs include: • Repair a ceiling plasterboard/Gyprock hole, approximately 300mm x 500mm. • Repair a few small areas of water-damaged/swollen Gyprock caused by a previous water leak. The damaged areas are relatively small. • Around a newly installed door, there are gaps between the brickwork and timber. These need to be properly covered and finished so the area is ready for painting. • At the front entrance, there is an existing patterned/textured section on the wall. I would like to cover it with one layer of Blueboard or another suitable board/material to create a flat surface ready for painting. No painting is required. I just need all areas properly repaired, patched and finished so they are ready for the painter. Photos of all areas are available and the exact locations can be shown on site. Please note that the rendering work around the door will be handled separately by another tradesperson, so it is not included in this job. Please quote for the complete job.

Fix with a new gyprock after removing damaged section. I will sand and paint

Install 18mm plywood backing to plasterboard for microwave and air frier mount. And heavy mirror and wall clock hanging.

Gyprock 3 timber frame walls and set the joints to be ready for paint. Install cornice or beading to ceiling. Walls are 3.5m x 2.2m

Gyprock has sagged/fallen in ceiling of garage. Needs to be repaired. Does not need to be painted.

Gyprocker to repair a section of wall and parts of cornice/skirting following the removal of a cupboard in our property. The area affected is approximately 4 meters in width. Gyprocker to supply all materials. Must be gyprocked as we are painting this wall as soon as the job is done. To be done ASAP - today or tomorrow. Must - Cut and install gyprock to match the existing wall, ensuring a smooth and even surface. Repair or replace parts of the cornice and skirting for a uniform appearance. Apply jointing compound, sand and smooth surfaces for a finished look. Ensure the work area is left clean and tidy upon completion. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 26 September 2023

I need the wall mount removed and the holes plastered and touched up. I also have some little holes in the bedroom from nails I’ve removed I need touched up. Need this done for agent so has to be done properly. Also I’ve removed the side skirting board in the kitchen to fit my fridge, so I need it re attached.
