Removing the TV wall mount was easy, but pulling off the plastic cable concealing channel did not go well. We lost a long strip of paint and one layer of the Gyprock paper surface coating. It needs to be skim plastered by someone who knows what they're doing. Might as well fill the coach bolt holes from the wall bracket while you're here, please.

I believe the wall is plasterboard, but I’m not 100% sure - so I’d like someone experienced who knows the right fittings or anchors to use to make sure it’s secure and doesn’t damage the wall. Please bring your own tools and wall plugs/hooks. The clock isn’t too heavy, but I just want to make sure it’s done safely and looks neat.

We need 2 access panels (about 1 m x .5 m) cut into Gyprock bulkheads before an air-conditioning service. The Gyprock will then need to be repaired/restored to its original condition following the service (including painting).
