Fix gyp rock to wall and some patching patch one down light hole ready for painting

Looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to prepare an older bedroom for painting. (Room is 3.3m x 3.4 ceiling is standard federation height) The job includes: Scraping loose/flaking paint. Sanding walls and ceiling. Filling cracks and imperfections. Skim coating walls and ceiling to create a smooth finish. Final sanding, ready for painting. One wall is mostly a large window. Please include priace of matrials in your offer. If I'm happy with the quality of the work, there are more rooms in the house that will also need to be completed.

I want to hang an old mirror that weighs about 16kg on apartment gyprock wall. I have a light hook in place from a previous picture that is in the stud but mirror weight needs better system. Also the d—rings/wire need switching on back of mirror from vertical hang to horizontal and this will require new wire and d-rings/attachments. Rental apartment so needing minimal wall damage.

The plaster on the wall under a window is bubbling and peeling off. It’s an old terrace with brick walls that are plastered inside the bedrooms. As it’s my son’s bedroom and he sleeps in it, would hope this task can be done in one day.

Patch 3 observation holes in plaster ceiling including resetting flush light fitting.

Gyprock first then plaster areas to a good finish: 1.wall area with water damage approx 200 x30 cm Photo below shows black strip covering water damage. There are also shots without the black cover for you to view 2. Ceiling about 200 x25 cm strip - from corner to about 200 above curtain rail flush to window frame 3. Behind air con unit cover needs plastering hole where cartridge was. Cartridge already removed. The cover in place temporarily. Cut out existing gyprock, replace with new, plaster and sanding exclude painting.

Hole in ceiling after air con replacement (1000mm x 1500mm) needs gyprock and painting and vent reinstalled.

The bottom third of the post is badly damaged but the whole post will need to be replaced along with the external cladding and the internal gyprock. We can organise the gyprock separately if necessary. We discovered the problem when we replaced the concertina doors. Post can be replaced without removing the doors. Essential to find the source of the leak and rectify it. Price is negotiable.

Gyprock patching of the area in the photo. Dimensions approximately 130cm 55cm. This has to be done with the needed framing to support the gyprock.

Minor touch up’s to ceiling near light fittings. Plaster and paint

I am looking for an experienced plasterer to create this curved wall. Framing for curve is not done. Must have experienced creating curved finishes. I have all the other trades lined up to install firebox, joinery etc. I don’t know how much exactly this element should cost so seeking quotes. Thanks

Undertake plastering and painting to repair areas of water damage. Work in kitchen will need to be completed between by 11am other areas prior to 5pm. Please supply labour and materials including paint.

Hi, We had a ceiling fan installed and a 10 x 10 cm cut out was needed to do the wiring. We have the cut out square and just need it to be plastered back in place. (See photo)
