Looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to prepare an older bedroom for painting. (Room is 3.3m x 3.4 ceiling is standard federation height) The job includes: Scraping loose/flaking paint. Sanding walls and ceiling. Filling cracks and imperfections. Skim coating walls and ceiling to create a smooth finish. Final sanding, ready for painting. One wall is mostly a large window. Please include priace of matrials in your offer. If I'm happy with the quality of the work, there are more rooms in the house that will also need to be completed.

Install a fly screen 2nd floor bedroom. Can only be installed from outside the house because inside has non removable louvre style windows. Tall ladder required

My undermount kitchen sink has come loose from the stone benchtop. The adhesive has failed and water is leaking through the gap. Could you please provide a quote to reattach the sink using epoxy and mounting brackets if needed?

Install door bolt onto a door frame

I want to hang an old mirror that weighs about 16kg on apartment gyprock wall. I have a light hook in place from a previous picture that is in the stud but mirror weight needs better system. Also the d—rings/wire need switching on back of mirror from vertical hang to horizontal and this will require new wire and d-rings/attachments. Rental apartment so needing minimal wall damage.

Patch and fix holes in Gyprock ceiling. Six small holes, sites of previous light fittings. Also plaster fix small area in Front wall of house 15cm x 10cm site of previous light fitting

The hanging rail on my wardrobe came undone. I would like to get that repaired and also potentially look at getting some shelving or re-organisation of the wardrobe area. Apologies I don’t know a price to quote so please ignore the $10

The plaster on the wall under a window is bubbling and peeling off. It’s an old terrace with brick walls that are plastered inside the bedrooms. As it’s my son’s bedroom and he sleeps in it, would hope this task can be done in one day.

Have x10 pre fabricated balustrade panels that need to be installed. Job involves - -mark out placement of balustrade -drilling through tile -drilling through concrete slab -apply chemset into hole -put concrete bolt into chemset filled hole -attach balustrade to eachother using supplied hardware

@ bathroom doors need hinges changes and doors file to be complaint with bathroom standards and need a stair balustrade either moved or made to ensure compliance

I have approximately 15 pieces of art that need to be hung. Must be experienced as these are heavy and framed. There are also some which need to be mounted using non-invasive strips/hooks. I also have a 1.8 m long TV unit from freedom which we expected was being delivered already built. But it does need to actually be flat pack built.

Hanging mirror on concrete wall and placing curtain rods under pelmet

I bought a flat pack shower screen brand new which I need assembled by 1-2 strong people, I can assist if needed, however I can’t do this by myself. It is ready to assemble. All instructions come in the box. Would also appreciate if you are able to silicone/ caulk/ waterproof the edges against the floor and wall tiles. Bathroom is eventually being demolished so doesn’t need to be perfect but just needs to work. Please only respond if you have done this before.

Blind is rolling down without resistance. Unsure if it’s repairable or needs exchange. It’s 6 years old and the window is pretty tall. Not sure what I should put here as pricing as I don’t know what it needs .
