1 820mm internal hollowcore door to be replaced.

I need a handy man to: 1. Install 1 door handle 2. Fix alignment on wardrobe The job will take about 1-1.5hrs. I have included the photo of the door handle and wardrobe.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.
