I need a licensed scaffolder to disassemble standing scaffolding. Stack already loose scaffold in a new area in the front yard. stack removed scaffold in the same area. so in the end there is one big pile of scaffold as neat as possible in the front yard ready for collection.

I need a small ledge/ wall rendered. The ledge is just off a concrete slab. Dimension 4.6m wide, 0.18m high. The photo shows the highlighted area in orange

There are several small spots to be rendered and fixed up on the facade of the house. See photos of all areas which require work. Needs to be done before next Wednesday.

This external headbox has popped off the middle and far right hanging bracket . I’ve tried to lift it and put it back but it won’t go on Need someone to tighten and loose screws and rehang the box back on securely I have a ladder and I expect this is a 2 person job so happy to assist . I have another box that looks fine but would like you to take a look at it and tell me if looks ok . It a bit high up so if your ladder is not too extendable that would be great Home all day today if you are free. Secondly I have a roller blind that has come off the hinge inside the house and I can seem to get it to get back on and work . If you are able to help with that also please advise otherwise it’s the external headbox that is the main priority as we don’t want to fall one day

Unable to place roller blind back on mount and it stays there . Keeps on popping off . The upper roller blind in the pictures is the one with the issue. I think there is a clip of some type missing Someone with expertise in fixing roller blinds that has the parts would be ideal . Flexible with timing as far as the job goes- no rush . It’s been off for months .

I have two Fanco eco silent ceiling fans with lights that I need installed in a living room and bedroom. I would like a qualified and insured electrician with plenty of experience with doing this. The ceilings are ornate/federation ceilings so would like special care of this. There are already pre existing ceiling lights hanging in both locations. Thank you!
